Hailey Municipal Code
This code of the City of Hailey, as supplemented, contains ordinances up to and including ordinance 1301, passed May 9, 2022. Ordinances of the City adopted after said ordinance supersede the provisions of this code to the extent that they are in conflict or inconsistent therewith. Consult the City office in order to ascertain whether any particular provision of the code has been amended, superseded or repealed.

The Commission meets twice monthly-- on the first and third Mondays of the month-- in person at City Hall and virtually via Go-To-Meeting. You can access all meetings virtually through Go-To-Meeting or a phone call.

Tips for how to read the map and identify relevant codes:
- Use the colors to identify your Land Use Zone.
- Discern whether an Overlay District and/or Flood Zone applies to you.
- Check the code for both your project's zones and districts.
