The staff will ask for your BLD number which is located at the top right of your building permit and below the permit number.

The automated system will ask for your BLD number and the codes applicable to your project:

• Concrete Slab - 501
• Final - 502
• Firestopping - 503
• Footing/Foundation - 504
• Framing - 505
• Insulation - 506
• Masonry/Concrete - 507
• Roofing - 508
• Wallboard - 509
• Other - 510

Other inspections such as sheetrock, shear wall nailing, firewall construction and concrete masonry unit construction may be required depending on the nature of the project. That will be determined at permit issuance. Additional fees may be assessed for these types of inspections.

• Secure all steel in place
• Make property pins available for setbacks

• Secure all steel in place
• Include seismic hold-downs

• Complete after all plumbing, electrical, and HVAC has been installed and prior to insulation.

Upon completion and prior to occupancy of the building schedule a final inspection.
