Application for Fill Spout Use Permit

This application is for the use of the “Fill Spout” located at the northwest corner of Friedman Memorial Airport. The Fill Spout has been equipped with proper back-flow prevention to adequately protect the system from contamination. Use of this Fill Spout without the authorization of this permit, shall be considered a violation of Hailey Municipal Code Section 13.04.170 – Prohibited Conduct. PENALTY: Anyone in violation of this permit shall be liable to the City for civil and criminal penalties as provided under Hailey Municipal Code Section 13.04.180 – Violation; Penalty. NOTE: There is no guarantee of water after October 15.
