About This Park: Balmoral Park was built by the Balmoral Apartments developer and dedicated to the city in 2003. in 2019, updates were completed and the park was renamed to Kiwanis Park. Park amenities include restroom facilities, a soccer field, a basketball court, kids play structure and pavilion.
