Specifically, the senior community housing building consists of eighteen (18) one-bedroom units and twelve (12) two-bedroom units, all ranging in size from 691 square feet to 908 square feet. Associated with the building are fifty-one (51) parking spaces, including 30 carport spaces, as well as an outside patio area.
The family community housing building consists of eighteen (18) two-bedroom, one-bath units and twelve (12) three-bedroom, two-bath units, ranging in size from 914 square feet to 1,247 square feet. Associated with the building are forty-four (44) parking spaces, and a children’s outdoor play area.
