Ellsworth Inn Workforce Housing Takes Shape
You may have noticed progress to remodel the historic Ellsworth Inn. The Inn and grounds will be the home of 19 workforce housing units, a partnership between ARCH Community Housing Trust and the City of Sun Valley with assistance by the City of Hailey. The first resident moved into the former caretaker unit on August 1st, 2024. The Inn remodel is on time for April 1st, 2025 completion of the Ellsworth building which will be 6 one-bedroom units. The project has generated local philanthropic interest, with two matches of $1 million each.
